Je werkt nauw samen met het salesteam, begeleidt commerciële trajecten en zorgt ervoor dat leads worden omgezet in concrete resultaten.\nDaarnaast stuur je het showroomteam aan, bewaak je de kwaliteit van de showroom en zorg je voor een consistente premium klantervaring. Je bouwt actief aan het lokale netwerk van Corston en vertegenwoordigt ons merk bij klanten en branche-evenementen.\nKey Responsibilities\nDe omzet en commerciële groei van de showroom stimuleren.\nNieuwe zakelijke kansen identificeren en klantrelaties ontwikkelen en onderhouden.\nLeads en commerciële trajecten opvolgen en bijdragen aan het sluiten van deals.\nHet showroomteam begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen.\nZorgen voor een representatieve showroom en een premium klantervaring.\nKlantbijeenkomsten, productpresentaties en netwerkevenementen organiseren.\nSamenwerken met internationale teams om commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimaal 3 jaar ervaring in sales of accountmanagement.\nErvaring met teambegeleiding is een pluspunt.\nErvaring in de interieur-, architectuur-, design- of bouwsector is een troef.\nSterke commerciële, communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.\nResultaatgericht, proactief en
