represented by a labor union\nWhat You Will Do:\nPackage products for our global customers.\nFocal point for material movement.\nInteract with packaging equipment.\nPrepare raw materials for operations.\nManually break-down pallets of material and products.\nArrange, stack, and repackage all types of materials and products.\nAffix labels, stickers or booklets on packaged materials.\nSafely operate forklift or other heavy equipment.\nEducation: \n· High School/GED or equivalent\nWhat Skills You Will Need: \nValid U.S. driver's license required.\nAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and other required screenings.\nAbility to read, write, and speak English.\nReliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.\nBasic computer skills and ability to obtain required certifications.\nMedically qualified for respirator use and fit testing.\nStrong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.\nCommitment to workplace safety, including the daily use of required PPE.\nDesire to learn, grow, and develop your career.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:\n· Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.\n· Safely operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other site equipment.\n· Ability to recognize and respond to alarms and safety hazards.\n· Wear required PPE, including respirators, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.\n· Work in confined spaces, at heights, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.\n· Stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs
