This role supports safe, reliable plant operations through hands-on equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance preparation, and strong teamwork.\nPlease note: \nRelocation is not offered. \nVISA Sponsorship is not available\nThis role is 100% on-site.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThe Operations Support Operator helps keep the facility running safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:\nOperate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant equipment and processes.\nIdentify process, safety, and quality issues.\nFollow site safety, environmental, operating, maintenance, and material flow procedures.\nCommunicate clearly between shifts.\nPromote teamwork and complete other duties as assigned.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent.\nBasic Requirements:\nHave a valid U.S. driver’s license.\nAbility to pass required drug screens, background check, and other pre-employment screens.\nAbility to read, write, and speak English.\nReliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.\nBasic computer skills.\nMeet all applicable medical and safety requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of the position while using required PPE and respiratory protection.\nWhat Skills You Need:\nLift, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.\nRemain standing and/or walking for extended periods, including up to two hours between scheduled breaks.\nSafely climb and descend stairs, ladders, and elevated work platforms.\nWear respiratory protection equipment, including powered air-purifying respirators (PAPR) or similar respiratory devices, for extended periods as required by the job.\nRecognize and respond to alarms and hazard warnings.\nFollow procedures to support safe and efficient operations.\nWear and work in required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, long-sleeved clothing, fall-protection harnesses, and other site-specific safety equipment.\nSafely operate fork trucks.
