It involves evaluating business processes, industry trends, and technology capabilities to develop future-state solutions that support Corteva's Commercial roadmap and global ERP strategy.\nThe SE must be able to bridge the IT and business domains and effectively communicate with Business Process Experts, Solution Architects, Configurators, Developers, and Business Stakeholders. The SE will develop a strong understanding of Corteva's commercial business strategy and processes and help define and execute the overall ERP Commercial Product Roadmap.\nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP solution designs.\n\nDesign end-to-end solutions leveraging ERP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP GTS, etc.\n\nEnsure alignment with industry best practices and company standards.\n\nConfigure SAP systems based on design specifications, including customizing standard SAP functionalities.\n\nDevelop and implement enhancements, extensions, and custom solutions as needed.\n\nConduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP configurations and developments.\n\nIntegrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems such as eCommerce, SAP GTS, Third Party applications, etc.\n\nCollaborate with integration teams to design and implement interfaces, data mappings, and middleware solutions.\n\nEnsure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.\n\nProvide ongoing support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.\n\nMonitor system health and performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.\n\nApply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to SAP systems as needed.\n\nDocument solution designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.\n\nProvide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams on SAP functionalities and processes.\n\nStay updated on SAP technologies, releases, and best practices.\n\nProactively identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and enhance system capabilities.\n\nParticipate in projects to upgrade or migrate SAP systems to newer versions or cloud platforms.\n\nQualifications\nPrior domain or functional experience supporting Commercial business processes in large global organizations.\n\nStrong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Customer Master Data, and Customer Service operations.\n\nExperience designing solutions supporting aATP, DRC, Vistex, Sales Pricing, Rebates, Commercial Reporting, and related Commercial capabilities.\n\nAbility to research business requirements, evaluate alternative solution approaches, and recommend scalable SAP and non-SAP solutions.\n\nAbility to perform fit-gap analysis, estimate effort, and identify process and technology improvement opportunities.\n\nStrong understanding of SAP integration patterns, APIs, middleware platforms, and integration between SAP and external applications.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrated effectiveness working independently and driving results across business and technical teams.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.\n\nAbility to recognize risks, dependencies, and escalation points while driving solution quality and delivery.\n\nExperience working with implementation partners, managed service providers, and third-party vendors preferred.\n\nExperience and Education Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nAdvanced English proficiency to effectively collaborate with global teams.\n\nMinimum of 10 years of SAP implementation, solution engineering, or support experience.\n\nStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA Commercial capabilities.\n\nExperience in at least several of the following areas:\naATP\n\nDRC\n\nVistex\n\nSales and Distribution\n\nPricing and Rebates\n\nBilling and Invoicing\n\nCommercial Reporting\n\nCustomer Master Data Management\n\nSAP GTS\n\nExperience supporting global ERP programs across multiple geographies and business units.\n\nExperience with SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, BW/4HANA, APIs, Integration Platforms, and ABAP development is preferred.\n\nSAP Certifications is a plus.\n\nCorteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
