The position owns the design and delivery of data solutions that enable actionable insights and support the development of seamless, user-friendly data, analytics and insights delivery. This includes building and optimizing data ingestion, data pipelines and flows, and storing organized data to improve ease of use and access, creating data agents, thereby advancing the commercial team's data-based decision making. The role is split approximately 60% Data Engineering & Analytics and 40% AI Enablement.\nBrief Job Description -\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProcess all indicated activities in compliance with policy and procedures\nDesign, build and maintain reliable data pipelines and data solutions for the commercial team\nEnable actionable insights and a seamless, user-friendly analytics and insights experience through AI, Agents.\nAct as team backup for other team members\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Engineering & Analytics (≈60%)\nDesign and implement scalable ETL/ELT processes, database queries, and data access models to support reliable data aggregation and insight delivery.\nBuild and maintain data pipelines for commercial data.\nProcess and transform data, and prepare it to be ready and available for modeling and analysis.\nDeliver analytics and insights and engage with commercial stakeholders (or demonstrate the willingness and persistence to learn these).\nServe as the data engineering partner to commercial stakeholders such as Commercial Analysts, Commercial Excellence teams/leaders and Marketing leaders on data-related work.\nAI Enablement using Agents, Workflows and Innovative Tools & Techniques (≈40%)\nDevelop and deploy intelligent agents capable of orchestrating multi-step tasks, integrating with regional and enterprise data sources, and delivering contextual insights to commercial stakeholders.\nBuild and optimize data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks to feed AI agents and models with clean, high-quality, contextual data.\nIntegrate relevant data agents into a common copilot agent interface to increase ease of usage and access, enhance decision-making, and deliver an integrated insights user experience.\nDesign and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform and Copilot Studio to automate processes.\nImplement governance, security and compliance best practices for data agents and AI workflows within enterprise environments.\nPrototype and experiment with emerging internal tools and frameworks;
