You will build strong relationships with growers and retailers, providing expert advice and support to help them achieve their production goals.\nResponsibilities:**\n* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products and services.\n* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including farmers, dealers, and key agricultural influencers.\n* Conduct regular farm visits to understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and offer technical support.\n* Present and demonstrate Corteva's product portfolio, including seeds, crop protection, and digital solutions, effectively communicating their value proposition.\n* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.\n* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.\n* Manage sales territory efficiently, including planning routes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM.\n* Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.\n* Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market developments.\n* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports as required.\nQualifications:**\n* Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.\n* 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within the agricultural industry.\n* Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.\n* Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop cycles, and industry challenges.\n* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\n* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.\n* Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.\n* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused with a strong work ethic.\nCorteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
