Join a company that believes success includes making a lasting impact both inside and outside the workplace.\nJob Description:\nCortina Solutions is seeking a SharePoint/Data Management Specialistto support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program Resident Inspection Office (PRO) in Mobile, Alabama. This role provides SharePoint development, workflow support, and program documentation management to enable effective coordination, reporting, and tracking across shipbuilding program activities.\nThe selected candidate will support configuration-controlled document repositories, workflow automation, program metrics reporting, and data-call coordination within Government SharePoint environments.\nResponsibilities include:\nDevelop and maintain SharePoint workflows supporting contract management activities, dashboards, and document tracking processes \nSupport organization and maintenance of configuration-controlled electronic repositories for program documentation \nMonitor SharePoint content and notify Government stakeholders of issues affecting accessibility, accuracy, or compliance \nInitiate, track, and close workflow actions related to document creation, review, approval, and delivery processes \nGenerate standardized status reports, workflow metrics, and graphical summaries supporting program visibility \nSupport data mining and retrieval activities within SharePoint environments to develop metrics and status updates \nMaintain version-controlled program artifacts including deliverables, comment matrices, status reports, and approval tracking tools \nScreen documentation for proper distribution statements and data rights markings \nSupport tracking and maintenance of historical design decision records and response databases \nAssist with preparation of routine program reports using Government-provided templates \nSupport coordination and response tracking for recurring program data calls with short turnaround timelines \nMaintain trackers supporting program financial activities, schedules, and documentation status \nCapture and organize lessons learned data across hull construction and post-shakedown availability activities \nAttend meetings supporting SharePoint status reviews and provide task-related notes and updates as required\n\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution \nMinimum of four (4) years of experience supporting SharePoint development, administration, or data management in a web-based environment \nExperience developing workflows, dashboards, and document repositories within SharePoint \nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel \nExperience supporting document tracking, configuration-controlled repositories, or program reporting activities \nAbility to organize and manage large technical documentation sets across multiple workflows \nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nActive DoD SECRET security clearance required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or Department of Homeland Security programs \nFamiliarity with shipbuilding program documentation or acquisition lifecycle artifacts (e.g., MSAM documentation) \nExperience using Power BI for reporting or visualization \nExperience supporting metrics development, trend analysis, or performance reporting activities \nExperience coordinating rapid-turnaround data calls in a Government program environment\n\nPrimary location:
