By integrating seamlessly with LEAP’s ecosystem, it empowers firms to increase efficiency, scale capacity and drive measurable profitability from every matter.\nWhat you’ll do\nWe’re looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to slot into our Implementation team and focus on adoption - you’ll take new firms from signed order form to using AI Paralegal every day.\nAI Paralegal runs on a revenue share model: when our clients use the product successfully, we both generate revenue. That makes a firm’s first four months critical. In that window, you’ll get them set up, trained and confident with the product, with the goal of reaching their monthly usage targets. Those targets are how your success will be measured.\nYou’ll work closely with sales, product and our engagement team, and your client interaction and feedback will help shape how we run this first part of the client journey.\nTo make this happen, you will:\nOwn the end-to-end implementation experience for new firms, from contract signed through to embedded daily usage and live revenue\nPartner with sales across the full cycle, joining the conversation before the deal closes and staying close after\nLead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to the firm: structured pre-work, a half to full day onsite for smaller firms and deliberate follow-up\nRun targeted outreach after go-live to help firms reach their monthly usage targets\nRun a clean handoff to the engagement team once firms are settled, so they can optimise long-term usage and revenue\nBuild and refine the implementation process, training and how we approach firms of different sizes\nBring feedback back to product and sales: what’s working, what’s blocking adoption and what we need to build next\nManage multiple implementations in parallel and continuously improve cycle time without trading off adoption quality\nWhat you’ll bring\n3+ years leading client implementations or onboarding, ideally across customer success, professional services consulting or transformation\nA consultative style, with a focus on change management over technical configuration\nStrong stakeholder management across internal teams (sales, product, support, engagement) and on the client side\nTrack record of training professionals on new tools and getting them to change how they work\nHappy to build structure where it doesn’t exist yet. We are still building our implementation process\nGenuine interest in AI and how it’s changing professional work.
