We owe our success to our curiosity and commitment to our guiding purpose, to 'Help lawyers who help people'.\nThe Role\nAs Settify's first Marketing Manager you'll be joining us at an exciting time as we look towards the next phase of growth. Think global expansion to service customers in new areas of law. We already know the business outcomes we're aiming for, so we'd like for you to come in and assess how we get there from a Marketing perspective. You'll be helping to define where we are, work out what's needed, and lead the work to deliver it.\nThis is a hands-on generalist role in a scale-up and each day can bring something new. One day you might be helping with our brand partnerships, and the next it could be coordinating email marketing campaigns and producing a webinar series! You'll do all of this in an autonomous, tight knit team alongside people who genuinely care about the impact on the global legal landscape.\nWhat you'll do\nAssess Settify's marketing needs and build a plan that ties activity directly to commercial goals\nBuild and maintain a consistent, scheduled presence on LinkedIn and social media, across organic and paid channels\nCreate campaign and brand content, including social posts, ads, video, EDMs and collateral\nPartner with LEAP's marketing team to launch and run a regular webinar series, ensuring the right firms register and the right people present\nPlan and run EDM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive registrations, engagement and feature adoption\nWork with Customer Success to build action plans that lift adoption\nLay the groundwork for outbound marketing to firms outside the LEAP ecosystem, turning cold audiences into a warm pipeline for the sales team\nLead branding work that reflects where Settify is today and raises our profile with small to medium law firms\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of marketing experience, including time in a marketing manager or similarly autonomous role\nB2B marketing experience, ideally marketing to professional services audiences such as legal, accounting or financial services\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or with similar CRM systems\nExperience running paid and organic social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn\nExperience producing webinars, events or EDM programs that drive registrations\nConfident designing assets in Canva, Figma or similar design software\nStrong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams or business units\nA generalist skill set; comfortable moving between strategy, content creation and campaign execution\nYou are the type of person who\nTakes ownership and works independently\nQuickly understands the commercial goal behind the work and plans accordingly\nIs collaborative and happy to ask a colleague for their opinion, and to offer yours\nGets ahead of what's coming rather than reacting to it\nSettify is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
