Reporting to the Manager, Inventory Management on our Traffic team, you will be responsible for managing commercial air-time inventory for broadcast television on Global and other specialty networks.\nYou will contribute by: \nInput initial commercial loads through our traffic system (S4M) and assist the Sales team with commercial inventory inquiries and securing spots on contracts\nProtect revenue booked and provide exceptional customer service by ensuring sponsorship placement, special customer requests, late bookings and all other revisions\nProcess program changes, assign and open inventory in a timely fashion\nHandle program renegotiations and makegoods (rescheduling commercial airtimes when needed)\nManage formats – commercial loads (adhering to any regulations), promotional elements, viewer advisories, described video announcements\nGenerate reports – avails, client reports, preemptions makegoods, sellout reports\nParticipate in system regression testing as required\nOther duties as assigned\n\nSkills and experience you bring:\nDetail-oriented, accurate and a quick learner\nStrong team player\nSuperior time management skills, with an ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment\nPrevious experience using a traffic system (S4M) environment is preferred\nFlexibility with working hours and approach to change\nPost secondary education or previous experience in Broadcasting, Media, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is considered an asset\nPrevious experience working as a Traffic Coordinator or Ad Ops is an asset but not required\nExcellent organizational skills, with an aptitude for meeting deadlines under pressure\nExceptional Customer Service and communication skills\nProficiency in
