The successful candidate will work closely with Programming Managers, Program Schedulers, Acquisitions, Sales and other internal stakeholders to ensure programming information, schedules, inventories, and reports are maintained accurately and efficiently.\nYou will contribute by:\nSupport the planning and scheduling activities across a portfolio of channels.\nAssist with monthly movie planning, scheduling preparation, and inventory management.\nPrepare and process program transfer forms and schedule adjustment requests.\nSupport Program Schedulers with weekly listings, PROL updates, and other scheduling activities as required.\nAssist with special scheduling initiatives, stunts, marathons, and seasonal programming events.\nMaintain programming inventories and monitor content availability.\nTrack content commitments and output deals in partnership with the Manager.\nCirculate output deal information and programming updates to internal stakeholders.\nConduct inventory analysis and reporting to support programming decisions.\nAssist with on-demand content tracking and availability management.\nCoordinate monthly CRTC reporting requirements.\nPrepare and distribute ratings reports and audience performance packages.\nMaintain programming documentation, records, and internal reporting materials.\nMaintain the master viewer advisory list.\nCoordinate updates with Programming, Traffic, and Scheduling teams to ensure advisories remain accurate and current.\nPrepare presentations, reports, and planning materials as required.\nSupport special projects and departmental initiatives.\nAssist the Programming team with ad hoc operational tasks as required.\n\nSkills and experience you will bring:\nPost-secondary education in Broadcasting, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in broadcasting, media, content operations, scheduling, or a related environment.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience working with scheduling, broadcast, or content management systems is an asset.\nFamiliarity with television scheduling, programming operations, or digital media environments is preferred.\nKnowledge of CRTC regulations and reporting requirements is considered an asset.\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\n\nApplication deadline: October 23,
