advertiser and station requirements.\nLog moves done to ensure both good customer service and good viewer experience\nLog formats and daily log assembly\nEntry of Sales bookings and billings into the Traffic system\nInventory Management\nCommercial material scheduling\nInfomercial episodic Scheduling\nVerification and delivery of final schedules to Master Control\nEnsure deadlines are met with accuracy, preserve revenue, and support all internal and external departments as required. \nBuild relationships with agencies and clients while ensuring creative, instructions and approvals are received on schedule\nLearn and apply channel-specific rules, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders before they become problems\nProblem solving to minimize financial risk.\nAudit co-workers to ensure accuracy\nGenerate various traffic related reports, on an as needed basis\nSupport Other Teams as necessary\nOther duties as assigned\n\nYour Skills and Experience: \nUniversity or College degree in broadcast media, marketing or related program considered an asset\nCandidates should have experience with a traffic system (S4M preferred) in a Television Traffic environment or experience in an Advertising Agency Media department. \nDetail-oriented, accurate and a quick learner.\nTeam player – but able to work independently.\nTime management skills, ability to prioritize to meet daily
