Strong design fundamentals, organizational skills, and an eagerness to grow with the company are essential.\nThis is a fully remote role.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, build, and refine PowerPoint presentations for sales, account management, leadership, and marketing, including pitch decks, internal updates, and client-facing materials (primary focus of the role).\nDevelop and maintain a library of branded, reusable PowerPoint templates, slide layouts, and master slides to improve consistency and speed across the organization.\nCreate engaging graphics and visual content for CorVel's LinkedIn account and other social channels, in partnership with the content marketing team (primary focus of the role).\nTranslate complex concepts and data into clear, polished slide visuals, including charts, diagrams, and infographics.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with content, digital, product, and sales teams to gather requirements and turn them into compelling presentation and social content.\nMaintain and evolve CorVel's brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across presentations, social assets, and all marketing collateral.\nSupport additional marketing design needs as they arise, including email templates, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers and trade show assets.\nManage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nCoordinate with external designers, agencies, and other vendors as needed.\nStay current on presentation design and social content trends, bringing fresh ideas to the marketing team.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with significant hands-on experience building presentations in PowerPoint.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and social media graphics, ideally alongside broader marketing design work.\nAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint (including custom templates, master slides, and animations); strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).\nSolid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems, with the ability to apply them consistently across slides and social content.\nExperience designing for social platforms (LinkedIn in particular), with an understanding of platform-specific formats and best practices.\nExcellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to take and incorporate feedback gracefully, often under tight turnaround times.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nExperience in the healthcare or risk management industry (preferred).\nBasic video editing or motion graphics skills (preferred).\nFamiliarity with marketing platforms/tools, including Canva, WordPress, Seismic, and Pardot/Salesforce (preferred).\nPAY RANGE\nCorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.\nFor leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
