This role gathers information from either the provider, injured worker, employer, or other related sources and enters information into the system in order to schedule appointments as necessary for treatment. Please note this is a non-clinicalrole.\nThis is a remote role but requires residency in Arizona or Virginia. The work schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, with the following shift: 1:30 PM ET - 10:00 PM ET.\nRemote positions require a quiet, designated work environment that adheres to our privacy and HIPAA standards.\nThis role has voluntary and mandatory overtime opportunities; Holidays are required on a rotating schedule. Holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday/Friday, and Christmas Day.\nThis role requires a wired access to a broadband internet network with a minimum bandwidth of at least 80Mbps.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReview medical notes, treatment referrals, work status notes, etc. to ensure all necessary referral orders were received\nOne of the primary tasks will be coordinating and scheduling X-ray appointments\nResponsible for data entry and verification of details in the system for appropriate and timely order submission\nProvide quality telephonic and email customer service including inbound and outbound messages\nReceive and respond to daily emails and correspondence\nIdentify, analyze, and solve problems outside of standard processes\nParticipate in ongoing internal training and learning to obtain updated knowledge of industry and product changes\nAdditional duties as assigned\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:\nAbility to work on several concurrent tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nComputer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel\nStrong attention to detail with a high commitment to accuracy\nBilingual language skills preferred\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n2 years of experience in an office environment preferred\n1 year of similar, relevant experience preferred\nPAY RANGE\nCorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.\nFor leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
