You will help catch issues early so our teams meet delivery targets and customers get reliable products.\n\nYour Growth & Impact\n\nDevelop core inspection skills through daily hands-on testing and guided coaching from senior engineers.\n\nBuild competence with measurement tools and reporting so you can own small QC tasks independently.\n\nExpand your problem-solving by supporting root cause checks and simple corrective actions.\n\nStrengthen your production knowledge by rotating across basic assembly stations and understanding common failure modes.\n\nConnect with operators and engineers to learn practical manufacturing workflows and safety standards.\n\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\n\nInspection & Testing\n\nPerform visual and dimensional inspections on parts and assemblies using calipers, gauges, and check fixtures.\n\nExecute routine in-process checks at defined stages to ensure components meet drawing tolerances.\n\nRecord nonconformances and tag suspect items for segregation to prevent rework from reaching customers.\n\nAssist in basic pass/fail testing under supervision and escalate issues that need technical input.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting\n\nComplete inspection logs and maintain accurate batch records for traceability and audits.\n\nEnter QC results into standard spreadsheets and help prepare daily quality summaries for the production lead.\n\nSupport inventory control by tracking inspected materials and reporting shortages or excesses.\n\nFile corrective action records and assist in following up until closure.\n\nProcess Support & Safety\n\nWork with operators to set up simple inspection jigs and ensure measuring tools are calibrated and clean.\n\nFollow safety procedures and report hazards to keep the shop floor safe and compliant.\n\nParticipate in basic improvement activities to reduce repeat defects and simplify checks.\n\nSupport incoming inspection when needed to verify supplier parts against purchase specifications.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nSPM or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.\n\nFresh graduates are welcome;
