This role must also handle the immediate needs of the customer and accounts.\nJob Expectations:\nEnsure measures are scheduled within 72 hrs. of the customer-ready date while maintaining the integrity of routes and ensuring volume for business needs are met.\nEnsure installs are scheduled within 48 hrs. of the confirmation date while maintaining the integrity of routes and ensuring volume for business needs are met.\nMonitor measure & install square footage, reporting KPI attainment to management\nCommunicate and coordinate shop follow-up and expedite orders when needed.\nParticipate in and interact with internal teams on a regular basis to ensure timely responses to customers/orders.\nMaintain CRM updated with all customer changes/notes. \nNew packets for production are supplied by the shop's daily deadline.\nAssist customers with in-shop slab viewing and layouts. \nRoles and responsibilities may evolve based on business needs; additional duties may be assigned without prior notice or consent.\nWhat you need to succeed\nEXPERIENCE\nRequired:\n+1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment.\nAbility to pass a background check\nDesired:\nExperience in scheduling/routing appointments and managing multiple schedules.\nEDUCATION\n\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma/GED\nKNOWLEDGE\nRequired:\nCustomer Service Etiquette\nKnowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)\nDesired:\nExperience working with subcontractors.\nBi-lingual\nSKILLS\nRequired:\nCommunication: Oral & Written.
