Cosette has corporate and manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and North Carolina and is supported by more than 300 dedicated employees across all functional areas.\nInnovating every day.™\nBasic Purpose:\nResponsible for compliance oversight in alignment with all maintenance, environmental and safety requirements/regulatory agencies.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nProvide operational/clerical support for the Maintenance Department and Engineering. \nGeneration of Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and work orders as they become due, closing, and filing at completion. \nMaintain the Facility Maintenance Library\nProvide EHS/GMP audit documentation support.\nMaintain and control inventory in MRO.\nReceive and issue MRO items to plant customers.\nUse SAP to receive and issue purchase orders.\nInterpret SDS information to ensure proper handling of MRO items.\nPerform cycle counts as required to ensure a high level of inventory accuracy.\nMonitor the usage of MRO items to maintain the appropriate level of stock (min/max).\nOther duties as assigned. \nQualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent \nMust have computer experience, be proficient in math, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. \nMust be able to lift 50 pounds. \nEqual Opportunity Employment\nCosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees in all phases of our operations.
