Cosette has corporate and manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and North Carolina and is supported by more than 300 dedicated employees across all functional areas.\nInnovating every day.™\nPosition Summary\nAs the Director, Supply Chain COE, you will serve as the architect of supply chain transformation, leading process excellence, master data governance, serialization, digital enablement, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.\nYou will help build the future-state supply chain organization by standardizing business processes, improving data quality, strengthening compliance, accelerating digital adoption, and enabling data-driven decision making across Cosette's Brand Portfolio.\nHow You'll Spend Your Day\nLead master data governance and serialization programs supporting the Brand Portfolio.\nDevelop and maintain supply chain standards, policies, and operating procedures.\nEstablish governance frameworks for process ownership and continuous improvement.\nDrive process harmonization across planning, sourcing, external manufacturing, and logistics functions.\nEnsure compliance with DSCSA and global serialization requirements.\nLead supply chain digital transformation initiatives, including automation, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.\nImprove data quality, governance, and stewardship across ERP and related systems.\nPartner with IT and business stakeholders to optimize supply chain technologies.\nBuild organizational capabilities through training, coaching, and process excellence initiatives.\nDevelop KPI frameworks and business performance dashboards.\nLead supply chain transformation projects and initiatives supporting growth objectives.\nSkills and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.\n10+ years of pharmaceutical supply chain experience.\nExpertise in serialization, supply chain processes, and master data management.\nStrong SAP experience.\nExperience implementing digital transformation initiatives and business process improvements.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.\nProven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs.\nStrong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to lead through influence and drive organizational change.\nWillingness to travel approximately 10-15%.\nSalary Range\nThe expected annual base salary for this New Jersey based position is $191,000 - $233,000.
