Cosette has corporate and manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and North Carolina and is supported by more than 300 dedicated employees across all functional areas.\nInnovating every day.™\nPosition Summary\nAs the Director, Supply Chain Planning, you will lead end-to-end supply and inventory planning for Cosette's External Portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable product availability while optimizing inventory, working capital, and customer service across a complex external supply network consisting of API suppliers, CMOs, CPOs, and component vendors.\nIn addition to operational leadership, you will play a key role in transforming the planning organization through talent development, process standardization, and digital enablement, helping build a scalable supply chain capable of supporting Cosette's future growth.\nHow You'll Spend Your Day\nLead supply, inventory, and replenishment planning activities across the External Portfolio.\nOwn and continuously improve the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.\nDrive inventory optimization, service level improvements, and working capital performance.\nCollaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality, and External Manufacturing teams to ensure supply continuity.\nIdentify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, capacity constraints, and inventory imbalances.\nEstablish planning governance, KPIs, and performance management processes.\nDevelop planning talent through coaching, succession planning, and organizational development.\nStandardize planning processes, policies, and planning methodologies across the portfolio.\nLead adoption of advanced planning tools, automation, analytics, and digital supply chain capabilities.\nSupport product launches, tech transfers, portfolio changes, and network optimization projects.\nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nSkills and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.\n10+ years of pharmaceutical supply chain experience.\n5+ years of leadership experience in planning and supply chain management.\nProven experience managing S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.\nExperience supporting outsourced pharmaceutical manufacturing networks.\nStrong understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization strategies.\nSAP experience required; advanced planning systems experience preferred.\nDemonstrated success leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.\nExceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment.\nWillingness to travel approximately 10-15%.\nSalary Range\nThe expected annual base salary for this New Jersey based position is $186,000 - $233,000.
