Cosette has corporate and manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and North Carolina and is supported by more than 300 dedicated employees across all functional areas.\nInnovating every day.™\nPosition Summary\nAs the Supply Planner and S&OP Coordinator, you will lead planning, purchasing and inventory management for externally manufactured and packaged finished goods. The role works cross-functionally ensuring inventory availability, supply continuity, and alignment with commercial demand forecasts.\nIn addition, the position facilitates and manages the execution of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining planning discipline, facilitating decision-making forums, and ensuring alignment across commercial, supply chain, finance, operations, and leadership teams.\nHow You'll Spend Your Day\nDevelop and provide monthly forecasts for external manufacturing and packaging partners.\nCreate, issue, and manage purchase orders for APIs, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components.\nCollaborate with Commercial Operations to review demand forecasts, inventory strategies, and business requirements.\nSupport new product launches, technology transfers, and external manufacturing transitions in partnership with Project Management and cross-functional teams.\nCoordinate the monthly S&OP process and planning calendar.\nConsolidate demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs into a unified business plan.\nDevelop inventory, capacity, and supply scenarios to support executive decision-making.\nFacilitate cross-functional planning reviews and governance meetings.\nPrepare executive presentations and decision-support materials.\nMonitor planning KPIs and identify emerging risks and opportunities.\nSupport inventory management and working capital optimization initiatives.\nPartner with Commercial and Finance teams to align operational and business assumptions.\nEnsure inventory-related risks, constraints, trade-offs, and opportunities are effectively communicated through the planning process.\nDevelop inventory recommendations that balance customer service, growth objectives, and working capital performance.\nTrack actions, decisions, and commitments generated through the S&OP process.\nDrive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, reporting capabilities, and business planning maturity.\nSkills and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.\n5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, demand planning, or business planning.\nPharmaceutical industry experience preferred.\nStrong analytical, modeling, and scenario planning capabilities.\nExperience supporting executive decision-making processes.\nUnderstanding of inventory management and supply planning principles.\nExperience working in cross-functional business environments.\nStrong PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis skills.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to travel approximately 10%.\nBenefits\nHired applicants will be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, health saving account, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement program, parental leave, wellness program, paid time off, volunteer time, and holidays.\nPhysical Requirements\nThis role will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring three (3) onsite days per week at our Bridgewater, NJ office.\nEqual Opportunity Employment\nCosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees in all phases of our operations.
