Обязанности:

  • Разработка узлов силовой электроники.
  • Моделировать и симулировать работу схем в Ltspice.
  • Участвовать в проектировании принципиальной схемы
  • Участвовать в трассировке печатных плат (Diptrace).
  • Проводить лабораторные испытания, измерения и отладку опытных образцов (работа с осциллографами, электронными нагрузками, паяльниками).
  • Вести техническую документацию (схемы электрические принципиальные, перечни элементов, BOMы).
Требования:
  • Высшее или неоконченное высшее техническое образование (радиотехника, электроника, электропривод - МЭИ, МИЭТ, МГТУ им. Баумана, МИРЭА и др.).
  • Базовые знания силовой электроники: понимание принципов работы MOSFET, диодов, ШИМ-контроллеров и ключевых топологий (Buck, Boost, DC-DC).
  • Навыки работы в одном из САПР (Diptrace, Altium Designer, KiCad, P-CAD).
  • Умение пользоваться базовым лабораторным оборудованием (мультиметр, осциллограф, паяльная станция).
  • Технический английский язык (на уровне чтения даташитов и аппноутов).
