exciting hub in Sofia - which means you’ll be:\nPartnering with business stakeholders, product managers and engineers to understand challenges and define requirements for data products and platforms\nGathering, documenting and refining business, functional and data requirements across multiple initiatives and turning them into turning them into clear, actionable requirements and delivery outcomes\nSupporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our Master Data Management (MDM) platform\nAnalysing business processes, data flows and system integrations to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation\nWorking with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable integration solutions using Azure technologies and APIs\nMapping data requirements, lineage and ownership to ensure trusted, high-quality data across the organisation\nFacilitating workshops, backlog refinement sessions and stakeholder discussions to align business outcomes with technical delivery\nSupporting testing, validation and business readiness activities to ensure successful product adoption\nContributing to agile ways of working and helping drive a product-led culture within the Data & AI team\nWho you are\nIt’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:\nProven experience working as a Business Analyst within data, analytics, integration or technology teams\nStrong understanding of data concepts including master data management, data quality, data governance and data modelling\nExperience working with enterprise integration patterns, APIs and system-to-system data flows\nComfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa\nExperience working in Agile environments with cross-functional product and engineering teams\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build trusted relationships\nAnalytical and naturally curious, with a passion for solving business problems through data\nExperience with MDM platforms, retail/FMCG businesses or product-led organisations would be advantageous\nNice to have\nKnowledge of Azure services and cloud-based data platforms\nFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management\nUnderstanding of API lifecycle management and integration best
