It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:\nProduce and maintain accurate, timely operational performance reporting, using tools such as Power BI.\nAnalyse key metrics and trends to identify risks, opportunities and areas to improve operational performance.\nAnalyse performance data to identify root causes and provide clear, actionable recommendations.\nDeliver insight and ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.\nSupport operational excellence projects through data, analysis and benefits tracking.Evaluate new initiatives and monitor outcomes, adoption and performance against agreed success measures.\nMaintain accurate, reliable operational data, resolving discrepancies and ensuring reporting meets agreed data quality and governance standards.\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships, translating performance insight into clear recommendations and practical support for operational leaders.\n\nWho you are \nIt’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:\nStrong understanding of business performance reporting, data analysis, KPIs and performance measurement.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with knowledge of Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.\nUnderstanding of retail, hospitality or operational environments.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate insights clearly.\nHighly proficient in Excel and Power BI, with strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.\nStrong experience in KPI reporting, performance analysis and translating complex data into actionable business insight.Confident working with large datasets, multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of Costa operations, labour and productivity metrics, continuous improvement methodologies, and basic SQL, Python or data modelling concepts.\nExperience in retail or multi-site operations, using analytical tools to support operational excellence and measure performance improvements.\n\nSo, why Costa? \nWe didn’t become a global coffee brand by sitting back.
