This role offers a unique opportunity to develop product management skills within the prop-tech space, working with a talented team of product managers, developers, and product designers.\nThe core objective of this role is to conduct in-depth market research to elevate property marketing and facility operations within the real estate industry. You'll gain valuable insights into the prop-tech space and contribute directly to shaping product strategy by:\nWorking closely with product managers to translate research into actionable product strategies and work with engineering/design teams on feature development\nManaging research and analysis for the project\nCreating presentations and reports to communicate findings\nPresenting recommendations to stakeholders for feedback and implementation\nResponsibilities:\nIdentifying unmet needs and potential gaps in the current product offerings for property marketing and facility operations.\nMapping out the competitive landscape, including key competitors and their offerings.\nCollaborating with various teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to gather insights and refine your research.\nAnalyzing user needs and market data to define product requirements.\nDeveloping strategic recommendations for how the company can evolve its technology, partnerships, or business model to capitalize on the identified AVM opportunities.\nAssisting in the creation of product roadmaps and specifications based on research findings. \nWork with your product leader, engineering and design teams as part of the product development process to implement the features.\nBasic Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person Bachelor's degree program or higher in Business Administration, Product Development, or Product Management, or related field graduating between December 2026 and June 2027\nMust have previous, relevant internship experience \nMinimum 3.0 cumulative GPA\nExperience or coursework in market research methodologies.\nAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite. \nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nEvidence of strong academic performance in college\nCoursework in product management or related areas.\nExperience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies.\nExperience with Generative AI and/or 3D tools \nWhat’s in it for you?\nWhen you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.\nWe offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
