This product is rapidly evolving, with significant investment in expanding coverage, improving methodologies, and delivering more actionable insights directly into client workflows.\nWe’rehiring a Data & Product Analyst to help drive the continued growth of this Benchmarking product - both as a data asset and as a highly client-facing solution.\nThis role combines data analysis, product development, and direct client engagement, with a strong emphasis on supporting client adoption and enabling the sales process. You will work closely with clients and internal sales teams todemonstrateproduct value, answer analytical questions, and ensure clients can effectivelyleveragebenchmarking insightsintheir workflows.\nIn year one, this role will focus on analyzing benchmark data, supporting product enhancements, and activelyparticipatingin client meetings, product demos, and sales support activities. Over time, the role expands into shaping benchmark methodologies, influencing product strategy, and helping scale how benchmarking insights are delivered across the platform.\nThis is a hybrid role at the intersection of data analysis, product development, and client/sales engagement - ideal for someone who can translate complex datasets into clear insights and communicate them effectively to both internal and externalaudiences.\nWhatyou’llown:\nThe analysis of complex datasets that power the Benchmarking product -identifyingtrends, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve data coverage and quality\n\nThe evolution of benchmark methodologies, outputs, and usability in partnership with Product Managers and cross-functional teams\n\nDirect engagement with clients, including leading and supporting client conversations to understand benchmarking use cases, answer analytical questions, and gather actionable feedback\n\nActive support of sales and go-to-market efforts, including participating in product demonstrations, responding to client inquiries, and helping articulate the value of benchmarking insights\n\nOngoing client support and enablement, ensuring users can interpret and apply benchmark data effectively in their workflows\n\nCollaboration with engineering teams to ensureaccuratedelivery of benchmark data, calculations, and features\n\nMonitoring product usage and client feedback toidentifyareas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements\n\nData validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting tomaintainthe reliability and integrity of benchmark datasets\n\nStaying current on industry trends and competitive benchmarking solutions to inform product direction\n\nWhat we expect you to bring:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited,not-for-profit, in person, university or college. Ideally inData Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field\n\n2+ years of experience working with data analytics, financial data, or data-driven products\n\nStrong hands-on experience working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis\n\nStrong communicationskills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical stakeholders and clients\n\nProven ability to support client-facing interactions, including presenting, explaining analytical concepts, and responding to client questions in real time\n\nExperience with analytics or benchmarking products, or similar data-driven solutions\n\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills\n\nA track recordof commitment to prior employers\n\nNice to have:\nExposure to SQL, Python, or similar languages\n\nExperience with benchmarking, peer comparison, or performance analytics solutions\n\nExperience supporting client-facing products or working in a customer-oriented environment\n\nFamiliarity with financial services, lending, or real estate data\n\nExperience with data visualization tools\n\nUnderstanding of APIs and data integration concepts\n\nThe growth path:\nThe first year in this role is focused on deeply understanding the benchmark dataset, client needs, and current product capabilities - contributing directly to data analysis, active client engagement, sales support, and incremental product improvements. You will play a key role in client conversations, product demonstrations, and helping driveadoptionof benchmarking insights in real-world workflows.\nBeyond that, the role expands into a more strategic position:\nShaping how benchmark methodologies evolve as the dataset scales\n\nDriving enhancements to how insights are surfaced within client workflows\n\nPartnering with sales and client teams to improve how benchmarking is positioned, adopted, and delivered\n\nInfluencing product direction based on client usage patterns, feedback, and market trends\n\nThis role is a strong path into broader product ownership, client-facing product strategy, or advanced analytics leadership, particularly for someone interested in building and scaling data-driven products that directly support client outcomes and businessgrowth.\nWhat’sunique about this role:\nMost data analyst roles focus on generating insights.
