In this role, you will spearhead the development of the product roadmap and delivery of new product features and enhancements across our suite of Leasing Products. This includes defining and documenting user stories, writing & reviewing acceptance criteria, development resource management, and scheduling. You’ll also be responsible for user testing, working with our Marketing team to develop collateral and other materials for product launch, and executing thoughtful roll-out strategies. This position is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a great team serving an exciting, evolving industry as part of a leading global organization.\nThis position is located in Richmond, VA and is in office Monday through Friday.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nOrganize user testing, collect feedback and organize into actionable development priorities.\n\nPlan & execute product/feature deployments to our large subscriber base.\n\nUse customer data & usage analytics to inform product opportunities and evaluate results.\n\nLeveraging market and customer insights, build creative products that enhance CoStar customers experience with our products and provide them with tools to make better business decisions.\n\nTake ownership of the product road map from inception through to release of new features and enhancements.\n\nDrive product releases in a fast-paced Agile software development environment. This includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.\n\nWork closely with senior executives, UI design, engineering, QA, marketing and sales to strategize, plan, and build products and plans that meet aggressive expectations on usage and revenue.\n\nUnderstand and analyze customer needs and communicate those needs to other team members to build key use cases.\n\nOrganize user testing, collect feedback and organize into actionable development priorities.\n\nPlan & execute product / feature deployments to our large subscriber base.\n\nUse customer data & usage analytics to inform product opportunities and evaluate results.\n\nBASIC REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.\n\n4+ years of Product Management or Leasing experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions.\n\nOperational experience in the Commercial Real Estate space.\n\nFamiliarity with the needs and demands of those working in commercial real estate.\n\nDedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience.\n\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with -functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and adoption.\n\nExperience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum development environment.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.\n\nExperience shaping & executing product or data strategy for a SaaS information product, real estate products or similar product presenting business information, reporting and analytics.\n\nAction-oriented self-starter who can set strategy/business plan and drive execution with a “roll up the sleeves” approach.\n\nDeeply analytical with an ability to process data in order to make decisions; someone with a bias to being in the weeds and digging into every component of the business.\n\nCreative problem-solver and conceptual thinker with an ability to understand and leverage detail-oriented and analytical issues as needed.\n\nArticulate and clear communicator who can successfully communicate across all levels within the organization, including the executive team, clients, and external stakeholders.\n\nHigh-horsepower individual with a track record of learning new industries quickly, when necessary.\n\nA track record of commitment to prior employers.\n\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: \nWorking at CoStar Group means you'll enjoy a culture of collaboration and innovation that attracts the best and brightest across a broad range of disciplines.\nIn addition to generous compensation and performance-based incentives, you'll be supported in both your professional and academic growth with internal training, tuition reimbursement.\nOur benefits package includes (but is not limited to):\nComprehensive healthcare coverage: Medical / Vision / Dental / Prescription Drug\n\nLife, legal, and supplementary insurance\n\nCommuter and parking benefits\n\n401(K) retirement plan with matching contributions\n\nEmployee stock purchase plan\n\nPaid time off\n\nTuition reimbursement\n\nOn-site fitness center and/or reimbursed fitness center membership costs (location dependent)\n\nComplimentary gourmet coffee, tea, hot chocolate, prepared foods, fresh fruit, and other healthy snacks\n\nWe welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
