You’ll answer questions from the millions of people who use Co-Star, identify problems before they become patterns, and help translate what we hear from users back to the team. You’ll also keep our office stocked, organized, and running beautifully, and help bring Co-Star events to life.\nThis is a junior role for someone with good taste, excellent instincts, and a habit of noticing what needs to happen before anyone asks.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage customer support through Zendesk, helping users with accounts, purchases, natal charts, and more.\nImprove macros and automated responses so support feels efficient without feeling impersonal.\nIdentify recurring issues, escalate edge cases, and share useful patterns with the product team.\nUse AI tools and Claude Code regularly to automate repetitive work, analyze support data, and make our customer experience workflows more efficient.\nSupport Co-Star events and daily office operations, from coordinating with vendors and creating a welcoming office environment to managing office equipment and ordering daily lunch.\nNotice what needs to be done, take ownership, and follow it through without waiting to be asked for a wide variety of tasks.\nYou might be a fit if\nYou write clearly, warmly, and like a person.\nYou’re observant, organized, and unusually good at following through: you naturally anticipate what people will need and take care of it.\nYou have strong judgment and know when to solve something yourself and when to escalate it.\nYou already use AI tools in your work and are excited to use Claude Code, even if you don’t consider yourself a programmer.\nYou have experience in customer support, hospitality, events, retail, or office operations.\nLogistics\nFull-time in New York City.
