Your media will be vital. Australian renters, homebuyers, and commercial real estate professionals rely on CoStar and Domain to market their properties and spot opportunities. With millions visiting our sites each month, your creative work will directly drive property transactions every single day.\nWhat you’ll do\nUse your architectural photography expertise to produce interior and exterior media of residential houses, apartments, office, industrial, and retail properties.\n\nProduce engaging videos that showcase the standout features of residential and commercial properties, providing valuable insights for prospective stakeholders.\n\nMatterport 3D captures of properties, creating interior and exterior walk-through tours.\n\nCreating gaussian splat views of residential and commercial properties using drones, where possible.\n\nCreate compelling exterior media for suburbs, parks, and schools.\n\nUse a variety of professional-grade tools to create visually appealing media.\n\nTravel may be required up to a week per month or as determined by the business need.\n\nUtilise the time of day, season, location and your expertise in photography to determine when and how to best photograph assignments.\n\nEdit all photography and video in a timely fashion resulting in a completed project.\n\nProfessional and effective communication with clients during all aspects of media shoots including scheduling, set up and on-site interactions.\n\nContinued learning and development of your craft, including staying up to date on new techniques and technology.\n\nParticipating in team meetings to address business challenges and opportunities while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.\n\nIdeally you'll have\nDemonstrated experience as a professional real estate photographer or in a similar role.\n\nA portfolio showcasing a selection of real estate and lifestyle photography, including interior and exterior imagery; drone photography and videography are highly regarded.\n\nA School Certificate (or equivalent qualification).\n\n2+ years of professional real estate photography and videography experience, or recent completion of a photography-focused qualification.\n\nStrong understanding of manual camera settings, composition, and lighting techniques.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, as well as experience using macOS and Microsoft Office.\n\nA current CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL), or willingness to obtain one within six weeks of joining through CASA-approved training and certification.\n\nPhysical and Travel Requirements\nAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 12 kg.\n\nMust hold a current, valid Australian driver's licence and be able to hire a car for work travel.\n\nMust be able to drive for up to 2 hours at a time, and work and drive outdoors in all seasons.\n\nOccasional night and weekend work is required (rotating roster).\n\nA satisfactory Driving Record Check, showing responsible driving and compliance with road rules, is mandatory before starting.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nEnjoys challenges of photographing buildings and suburbs, understands the challenges and works to find creative solutions.\n\nStrong relationship-building skills; ability to develop strong personal relationships with key contacts at assigned companies.\n\nFlexible and adaptable with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.\n\nUsed to working in fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience of commercial drone photography is desirable.\n\nAbility to capture and edit beautiful interior and exterior property videos and photography.\n\nFull understanding of best practices for Architectural Photography, demonstrating artistic vision and creativity.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nJoining a new, dynamic business division at Domain creating market leading content, data and insights.\n\nExciting new roles in an awesome, collaborative team.\n\nUnlock career growth opportunities across a market leading technology business.\n\nBe part of a global leader in property technology and data innovation.\n\nWork with cutting edge tools and methodologies to shape the future of real estate intelligence.\n\nEnjoy career growth opportunities within a high-performing, collaborative team.\n\n3 weeks induction and training at our head office.\n\nWhat’s Next?\nWe’ll give your application the thoughtful attention it deserves and get back to you as soon as possible.
