We are searching for an exceptional Senior DevOps Engineer in Richmond, VA to support CoStar’s software products.\nThis position is in Richmond, VA and is inoffice4 days and work from home Friday.\nResponsibilities \nWork cross-functionally with Product teams to manage systems and services that provide reliable and scalable solutions\n\nUtilize continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) using latest DevOps tools and innovative methods\n\nPro-activemonitoring, analyzing metrics, implementing best practices, and strong troubleshooting skills.\n\nCreate Cloud Architecture and designs based on project requirements\n\nCreating processes and integrating around new and upcoming technologies\n\nHave the freedom to build what is necessary based on customer needs\n\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree from an in-person, accredited, not for profit university.\n\n7+ years’ experience with automation Skills (Config Management, Scripting, IAC, Security)\n\n7+ years’ experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises environments (AWS, VMware, Azure)\n\nKnowledgeable in at least one programming language (C#, Nodejs, Golang, Python, Rust)\n\n4+ years’ experience with managing Highly Available environments (Active-Active), CDN (Akamai, Cloudflare), Load Balancing Technologies (ALB, NLB, F5)\n\n4+ years’ experience with monitoring tools in areas of APM, synthetics and RUM (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, AppDynamics)\n\n4+ years’ experience managing containerized environments (Kubernetes,ECS ,EKS, Fargate) and related infrastructure\n\nExperience using build and deployment tools such as Helm, YAML, Terraform,ArgoCDand Chef\n\nExperience working in Linux and Windows environments.\n\nTrack recordof commitment to prior employers\n\nPreferred QualificationsAndSkills\nSome development background in a coding language\n\nFamiliarity with PCI compliance and remediation\n\nExperience in REST API or Microservices development\n\nAssistedin training of other engineers\n\nWhat’sin it for You\nWhen you join CoStar Group,you’llexperience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.\nWe offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
