Repairs and maintains facility machinery, equipment, fixtures and structure. Provides a high level of member service.\nJob Duties\nLeads, schedules, provides training, encouragement, advice, and feedback to maintenance employees. \nObserves employee performance to determine that department procedures are followed. Reviews employee timecards, participates in employee reviews. \nCoordinates and participates in weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance checklists including testing and inspection of alarms, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment and systems.\nRepairs equipment, replaces motors and other parts. \nTests and observes equipment and machinery to diagnose any malfunction. \nCleans, lubricates, and performs regular preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery. \nCalibrates manufacturing equipment such as tracers, auto-blockers, and auto-edger’s daily by keying adjustments to settings or making manual adjustments with Allen wrench or other hand tools. Adjusts lens generators, Finers, and polishers as needed. \nRepairs tools, cleans and fabricates parts. Exchanges, inspects, and hooks up batteries for power equipment to charge.\nClears jams in trash and cardboard compactor. Services receiving dock lift plate. \nChecks and performs preventative maintenance and some repairs on plumbing, low voltage electrical, HVAC, sprinkler system, and alarm. \nCleans alloy reclaim tanks. Separates sludge from water and stores it in 5-gallon buckets for disposal. \nInspects roof and skylights, and cleans gutters. \nReplaces light bulbs, hangs signs, and cleans upper walls and ceilings by working from ladder or rolling platform stairs.\nAssists with painting, concrete floor repairs, janitorial duties, grounds maintenance.\nRecords and maintains equipment inventory log, equipment maintenance logs. \nInventories, organizes and orders parts and supplies for the maintenance department. \nMaintains stock or commonly replaced parts. \nDrives private vehicle to purchase/pick up parts and supplies. \nSends bad motors out for replacement or repair. \nMoves machinery and conveyor lines as requested by management to facilitate workflow.\nEnsures proper disposal of potentially hazardous materials.\nAbility to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery.\nAssists with department duties as necessary.\nAssists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.\nFor additional information about pay ranges, click here.\nWe offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, health benefits - medical/dental/vision/hearing aid/pharmacy/behavioral health/employee assistance, health care reimbursement account, dependent care assistance plan, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance, AD&D insurance, life insurance, 401(k), stock purchase plan to eligible employees.\nApart from any religious or disability considerations, open availability is needed to meet the needs of the business.
