You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across various areas of finance, including sales and purchase ledger, enabling you to take initiative and proactively shape the role as it evolves.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nProcessing supplier invoices, credit card transactions, and internal expenses\nBookkeeping across all group companies using AIQ, Rapport3, and Concur\nSupporting financial reporting and data reconciliation activities\nAdvising our scientific teams on expense management and invoicing procedures\nIdentifying and suggesting improvements to financial and administrative systems\nAssisting with general financial duties such as budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes\nProjecting a positive image of the Finance team and actively seeking to reduce the administrative burden placed on others \nYou will receive comprehensive one-on-one training from experienced team members, learning about the technical aspects of the role and effective project management.\nHybrid Working Policy: We recognize that working from home can improve work life balance, reduce commuting times and costs, and provide the opportunity to juggle personal commitments.
