The role is primarily performed in person during daytime hours, with occasional evening work required to support online classes.\nThe position is based in Brampton and may require travel to various locations across Peel Region.\nDUTIES\nCoordinate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of the digital literacy program for Ontario Works clients in Peel Region.\nPlan, schedule, and manage in person and online digital literacy classes and workshops.\nTravel to various program sites across Peel Region to support and oversee in person course delivery, as required.\nWork occasional evenings to support online digital literacy classes and program delivery, as required.\nConduct client intake, eligibility screening, and needs assessments to ensure appropriate placement and support.\nMaintain program waitlists, registrations, attendance records, and client files.\nSupport clients with limited digital skills to access and use technology, including email, Microsoft Teams, and online learning platforms.\nCoordinate, support, and provide guidance to Digital Literacy Instructors to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery.\nCoordinate the distribution, tracking, and return of program devices.\nLead outreach and promotion to support client recruitment and program awareness.\nMaintain relationships with internal and external partners to support referrals and service coordination.\nEnsure accurate collection, entry, and maintenance of client and program data in CIS and SharePoint.\nMonitor program performance, outcomes, attendance, and participant feedback, and implement improvements as needed.\nAssist with the preparation of funder reports and supporting documentation.\nPerform other related duties as required to support program delivery and funder expectations.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nCommunity College diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum of six (6) months of experience coordinating a skills training or digital literacy program.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, as required.\nStrong coordination, organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.\nProficiency with internet use, email, and Windows based environments, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.\nDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in an additional language is considered an asset.\nExperience delivering information sessions in both virtual and in person settings.\nHourly Rate:\n$32.19-$33.75COSTI encourages applications from individuals reflecting the diversity of our community.
