Talk to customers, many of whom aren't tech-savvy, dig into our data and work out who has the problem, how much it matters and what we need to build.\n\nPut AI to work. Construction still runs on a lot of manual work. You'll find where AI can replace it and turn that into products customers love.\n\nTest before you build. Prototype and run small experiments with real customers before Engineering commits, then ship with Design and Engineering.\n\nBring it to market. Launch with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, from positioning and pricing to enablement, and measure what it brings in.\n\nAfter one year, you've taken your first opportunity to real customers, you're working on your second, and the new offerings bring in measurable revenue.\nHow we work\nFull ownership.
