They take on the repetitive, time-consuming jobs like inbounding goods, replenishing shelves and sorting stock, currently mostly overnight. We're a small team based at Sankt Eriksgatan in Stockholm, where half the office is our own dark store.\nAbout the role\nEvery night, robots run shifts in real stores. Each of those shifts has to be planned, staffed, executed, debriefed, and turned into something better than the shift before it. Someone has to own that system. That's this role. You'll work as the right hand to our Head of Operations, based with the team at our Stockholm office. You'll run store launches, build the operating model that our shift leads and teleoperators work from, and sit in the middle of the loop between customers, the control room, and the engineers building the robot.
