This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and requirements of the job change.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.\n0-1 year of industry experience.\nStrong organizational, analytical and communication skills.\nBasic understanding of software engineering principles, design principles, performance, and applications that scale.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to execute project deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within estimated timelines.\nOptimization and tuning of SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers\n0-1 year experience with scripting languages: VBScript or PowerShell\n0-1 year experience with Java or .NET Frameworks\n0-1 year experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)\n0-1 year experience with Microsoft SQL Server\n0-1 year experience with PostgreSQL\nBasic knowledge and application of SAFe agile practices, preferred.\nProficiency working with large data sets.\nMental Requirements:\nCritical Thinking: Analyze problems objectively and make sound, data-driven decisions.\nAttention to Detail: Maintain accuracy across code, data, and deliverables.\nQuantitative Skills: Apply strong analytical and statistical methods to solve problems.\nData Interpretation: Extract actionable insights from data, metrics, and visualizations.\nCommunication: Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nLearning Agility: Quickly adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices.\nResilience: Adapt to shifting priorities and deliver under pressure.\nIntegrity: Handle data responsibly and uphold engineering and ethical standards.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.\nMust be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.\nMust be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.\nBase compensation ranges from $77,000 to $92,000 per year.
