This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and requirements of the job change.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative/business field.\n5+ years in analytics, including 3+ years consulting and 3-5 years in data architecture.\nExperience with Business Objects, Hadoop, Hive, and Python for big data processing and reporting.\nProficient in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.\nSkilled in Oracle SQL Developer, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling.\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies in data.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying insights clearly.\nQuick to learn new tools, data sets, and business concepts.\nEffective team player with experience in cross-functional and matrix environments.\nStrong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nTrusted to handle confidential information with discretion.\nCapable of working independently and collaboratively.\nCognitive/Metal Requirements:\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\nProblem-solving and thinking critically.\nCompleting tasks independently.\nInterpreting data.\nMaking timely decisions in the context of a workflow.\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.\nLearning new tasks and completing tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.\nMust be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.\nMust be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.\nBase compensation ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 per hour.
