They will manage milestone tracking and task execution for assigned projects and internal process improvement initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of project outputs, such as documentation, data analysis, status reports, performance metrics, business requirements, backlog grooming, and other operational deliverables.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDocumenting, organizing, and reporting issues and risks related to assigned tasks using appropriate project management tools and reporting systems. \nApplying project management rigor and process excellence best practices to enhance project efficiency.\nChallenging established processes and proposing creative solutions to drive cost and time savings.\nSuccess in this role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.\nResponsibilities\nManages processes and systems related special initiative projects including but not limited to product configuration, project milestones maintenance, quality review and application testing, product benchmarking, risks and issues tracking, and other project documentation upkeep. \nManage projects to ensure delivery expectations are met and proper approvals are obtained for release.\nActively working on becoming a company-wide subject matter expert (SME) for all client data file layouts and various enterprise level projects.\nInvestigates and responds to questions for assigned projects. \nHost and facilitate discussions internally to (1) manage data intake, and (2) ensure all client data requirements are discussed and confirmed.\nPartner with internal product development, operations, and client services groups to ensure that all parties are engaged and notified as to the implementation process and operational status. \nPerform data quality checks verifying that data provided is consistent with the requirements to build Healthcare Data Warehouse.\nWrite data transformation specifications to load source data into target data warehouse tables.\nAnalyze client interface requirements, identify gaps and handle all questions related to the client’s specific file layout.\nIdentify data requirements to integrate new data sources and perform technical analytics to confirm data integration results meet or exceed defined expectations.\nCreate and maintain all documentation needed for client interfaces and layouts.\nEvaluate data and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.\nEffectively communicate technical / analytic information to business partners.\nProvide qualitative and quantitative analysis of medical claims data sets.\nOther Related Responsibilities\nActively promote and participate in process improvement and adoption of new technologies.\nConduct detailed claims analysis and ad-hoc reporting as prioritized by management.\nProduce work that reflects a focus on quality in consideration of the client's (internal and external) needs.\nProduce, validate and deliver regularly scheduled reports on a timely basis.\nIdentify all data issues and coordinate a resolution with the respective client team.\nSet appropriate expectations with internal and external clients while cultivating an image of professionalism and excellence.\nAvailable for occasional off-hours support as required.\nAbility to occasionally travel as needed for team collaboration and special projects.\nFlexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.\nComplete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.\nComplete all special projects and other duties as assigned.\nMust be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.\nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required. This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and requirements of the job change.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma Required.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field or higher or equivalent experience preferred.\n2+ years of Business Analyst experience (Preferred).\n2+ years working with client data and client interfaces.\n2+ years working with relational databases and SQL.\n2+ years working with Smartsheet.\nExperience with Smartsheet control center and ability/knowledge to perform global updates.\nExperience with Smartsheet and building/applying enhancements to an existing process.\nExperience with build a Smartsheet project solution.\nAt least 1-year Cotiviti experience is recommended for individuals seeking their next opportunity internally.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Project management software experience, preferred.\nProficiency in JIRA and Agile processes.\nIntermediate Smartsheet knowledge required.\nStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on day-to-day and complex problems required.\nProcess improvement skill set required.\nExcellent oral, written, and technical skills are required.\nExcellent organization skills, with ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong interpersonal and cross-functional skills required.\nProactive, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to work well in a group setting.
