This role will be responsible for collaborating with sales and marketing to enable effective product commercialization.\nOverall, the Director of Product Management plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of a company's products, ensuring they align with market needs and contribute to the overall success of the business.\nResponsibilities\nProduct Strategy: Developing and articulating a clear product strategy aligned with the overall business goals. This involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Working with corporate marketing to assess competition and lead product roadmaps and launch to provid3differentiated value in the market.\nTeam Leadership: Managing and leading a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Ensuring that the team is motivated, aligned with company objectives, and delivering on product roadmaps.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery. Effective communication and alignment across these functions are critical. Utilize AI tools effectively to accelerate innovation via collaboration.\nRoadmap Planning: Creating and managing product roadmaps that align with the company's strategic objectives. Prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.\nMarket Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies. Using AI tools to enable product discovery, prototyping, and accelerated development in an AIDLC. Ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. \nCustomer Focus: Advocating for the customer and ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations. Gathering customer feedback and using it to drive product improvements. \nInnovation: Encouraging a culture of innovation within the product team. This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and the requirements of the job change.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science, etc.).\n10+ years of experience in product management or related roles.\n5+ years experience working in a health plan environment devising and contracting value-based care contracting models.\nExperience in leadership and managerial positions, preferably as a Senior Product Manager or similar.\nProven track record of successfully bringing products to market.\nAbility to use AI tools effectively in an AI development life cycle for product concept, development, and launch.\nStrong understanding of product development processes, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.\nAbility to think strategically and align product initiatives with overall business objectives.\nUnderstanding of AI applications in healthcare.\nExperience in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.\nDemonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to different stakeholders.\nStrong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.\nDeep understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for the customer in product decision-making.\nUnderstanding of how product decisions impact the financial performance of the business.\nExperience identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development and launch.\nCognitive and Mental Requirements\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.\nCritical thinker and problem solver with strong analytic modeling and technical skills.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nMust be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.\nMust be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area. \nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. \nNo adverse environmental conditions expected.\nBase compensation ranges from $165,000 to $215,000 per year.
