This role involves installing, configuring, and overseeing the implementation of Edifecs products for the client. Responsibilities include installing products on Edifecs or client hardware, and configuring and developing programs, tasks, and guidelines to fully implement Edifecs solutions based on the client's specific needs. The Implementation Consultant will serve as the primary technical resource for Client Services, interfacing with the client's technical resources. Duties range from delivering product training to developing and deploying new client-specific requirements. This role requires strong client coordination and communication skills, as well as a deep technical understanding of Edifecs solutions and the transactions they handle.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate and communicate with the client post-sale to develop an implementation plan for configuring a purchased Edifecs solution based on the client’s individual needs.\nCollaborate with the Edifecs Implementation Architect/Technical Project Manager to formulate the architecture, implementation strategy/schedule, and operational plan.\nInstall, upgrade, and configure Edifecs products for the client.\nIntegrate Edifecs products with other software assets/processes for the client.\nCoordinate with other Client Services, Product, and Development team members to meet development and configuration milestones, developing guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, etc., to meet the client’s requirements.\nProvide post-implementation support during the transition from implementation to maintenance.\nProvide software and client-specific training, and develop training documentation based on current standards and client needs.\nMentor and train internal teams on Edifecs products and customer custom components.\nWork with customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on purchased Edifecs products and solutions.\nComplete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.\nComplete all special projects and other duties as assigned. \nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required. This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and requirements of the job change.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology program, or equivalent experience in implementing and operating Java stack-based enterprise applications.\n2+ years of experience working in enterprise software solution implementation.\n2+ years of experience in managing, developing, and deploying Java or Middleware-based applications, including technologies such as webMethods, IBM WebSphere, TIBCO Business Works, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle GlassFish, Oracle JCaps, and related platforms.\n2+ years of experience using software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall and agile scrum in developing products.\n2+ years of experience using software engineering tools for configuration management, defect tracking, and unit testing.\n2+ years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and EDI analysis.\nDomestic travel required up to 10%-15%\nCognitive/Mental Requirements\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\nProblem-solving and thinking critically.\nCompleting tasks independently.\nInterpreting data.\nMaking timely decisions in the context of a workflow.\nMaintaining focus.\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.\nLearning new tasks and completing tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.\nRemembering and adhering to processes and protocols.\nApplying established protocols in a timely manner.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.\nMust be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance. \nMust be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.\nBase compensation ranges from $76,000 to $86,000 per year.
