Additionally, the AI Security Architect ensures compliance with regulatory standards and promotes ethical AI use, maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of AI solutions.\nResponsibilities\n· Lead AI working groups to design cybersecurity processes that enhance the enterprise’s ability to develop and implement secure AI solutions, aligning with business, technological, and threat considerations.\n· Work with AI architects and developers to integrate security practices into the AI development lifecycle.\n· Develop and implement data protection and AI security strategies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and AI systems throughout their lifecycle.\n· Design and implement security solutions and controls tailored to the unique challenges of AI and ML applications.\n· Conduct threat modeling exercises to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities in AI systems, working closely with AI development teams to integrate security into the design and development processes.\n· Monitor and analyze data protection and AI security metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our processes and procedures.\n· Utilize advanced testing methodologies and tools, such as adversarial testing, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning, to assess the resilience and security posture of AI solutions against emerging threats and attack vectors.\n· Lead investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for preventive measures.\n· Lead internal efforts to incorporate AI capabilities within the security organizations to enhance existing capabilities of security platforms and processes.\n· Ensure AI systems comply with relevant national and state data protection and privacy laws.\n· Apply security standards and frameworks, such as HITRUST and NIST to AI projects.\n· Stay current on the latest data protection and AI security best practices and regulations, and proactively make recommendations for improvement.\n· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection and AI security measures are integrated into all aspects of our AI systems and processes. This job description does not constitute\nan employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and requirements of the job change.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.\nMinimum of 12 years of experience in Cybersecurity domains including application security, security architecture, network security, and data protection.\nStrong knowledge of AI technologies and governance principles and their inherent security risks, machine learning models, adversarial attacks, and data privacy regulations.\nExcellent analytical skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities in AI systems\nExcellent communication and leadership skills to work across diverse teams.\nRelevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or AI ethics/security credentials are a plus.\nWe are looking for a driven individual with a deep understanding of data protection and AI security best practices, as well as a strong background in cybersecurity\nMental Requirements:\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\nProblem-solving and thinking critically.\nWorks independently with little supervision.\nAbility to lead projects with little guidance\nInterpreting data.\nMaking timely decisions in the context of a workflow.\nMaintaining focus.\nRemembering and adhering to processes and protocols.\nApplying established protocols in a timely manner.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.\nMust be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.\nMust be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.\nBase compensation ranges from $170,000 to $212,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
