This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leads to translate requirements into actionable specifications that enable efficient execution.\nThis position focuses on requirements clarity, integration coordination, platform enhancements, and operational excellence within established architectural standards.\nResponsibilities\nBusiness & Requirements Analysis\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements.\nLead discovery sessions to clarify business processes and system needs.\nProduce high-quality documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.\nIdentify gaps, edge cases, and downstream system impacts before development begins.\nPlatform Optimization & Enhancements\nSupport ongoing platform improvements and feature enhancements.\nAnalyze system usage, performance trends, and user feedback to recommend optimizations.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate implemented solutions.\nIntegration & Cross-System Coordination\nDocument and analyze data flows between platforms and third-party systems.\nCollaborate with architects and tech leads to ensure integration requirements are clearly defined.\nTroubleshoot data and interface issues in partnership with technical teams.\nEnsure data consistency and process alignment across systems.\nDelivery Support\nWork closely with tech leads during sprint planning and backlog refinement.\nEnsure user stories and acceptance criteria are complete and testable.\nSupport release planning and post-release validation.\nAssist with root cause analysis for production issues affecting business processes.\nGovernance & Documentation\nMaintain system documentation, process maps, and knowledge articles.\nEnsure adherence to established architectural, security, and compliance standards.\nSupport audit and reporting requirements as needed.\nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and the requirements of the job change.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or platform administration.\nExperience working with enterprise-grade distributed systems or platforms\nStrong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows.\nProficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.\nExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.\nExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\nPreferred\nExposure to cloud environments (OCI, AWS, or Azure).\nFamiliarity with ITIL or service management processes.\nExperience in regulated industries.\nExperience coordinating UAT or release activities.\nMental Requirements:\nExcellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.\nSkilled in iterative development cycles with frequent releases and experience with “Scrum” methodologies.\nExperience with healthcare data, preferred. \nKnowledge of public cloud (AWS/OCI), preferred.\nExperience operating in an Agile environment, preferred.\nExperience testing web application built on Angular, preferred.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.\nMust be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance. \nMust be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.\nNo adverse environmental conditions expected.\nBase compensation ranges from $100,000 to $138,000 per year.
