This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and requirements of the job change.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.\n5+ years of project management experience required.\nCertification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).\nExperience running cross-functional projects with disciplined status, RAID, and timeline management.\nStrong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.\nExperience with healthcare operations, software delivery, or business transformation preferred.\nAgile and waterfall delivery methods.\nSmartsheet/Jira/PM tooling.\nProject planning.\nSchedule management.\nIssue resolution.\nMeeting facilitation.\nStakeholder communication.\nExecution discipline.\nAttention to detail.\nCognitive/Mental Requirements:\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\nProblem-solving and thinking critically.\nCompleting tasks independently.\nInterpreting data.\nMaking timely decisions in the context of a workflow.\nMaintaining focus.\nApplying established protocols in a timely manner.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.\nMust be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.\nMust be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.\nBase compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 per year.
