# Project Manager

Overview The Project Manager - Payment owns delivery of defined project(s) from initiation through close. Ensures plans are realistic, stakeholders are aligned, execution stays on track, and risks/issues are actively managed. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting. Facilitate team meetings, decisions, issue resolution, and stakeholder follow-up. Coordinate scope, schedule, resources, communications, and delivery readiness. Escalate risks and tradeoffs in a timely manner. Ensure project artifacts, governance requirements, and documentation are complete. Owns one project’s scope, timeline, and execution discipline. Utilize AI responsibly, to amplify productivity to draft status reports, maintain RAID logs, generate meeting notes and action items, build project plans, and prepare stakeholder communications. Share best practices with project managers, product owners, business analysts as appropriate. Proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate in a timely manner.
