Analyze consolidated actual results vs. forecast, plan, and prior year benchmarks. Create templates and processes for data gathering, tracking, and translation/submission to financial reporting systems.\nResponsibilities\nLead processes and take ownership of financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis models for assigned business areas though leveraging Adaptive.\nAnalyze financial information and provide accurate and timely actual/forecast variance analysis vs. budget and other dimensions. Mix and cause of change analyses.\nWork closely with client services and operations to gather input for forecasting/budgeting purposes.\nAct as the point of contact for all FP&A deliveries in the assigned division.\nAbility to build and QA financial models and views as part of monthly reporting packages distributed to internal executive leadership and external stakeholders. Review and update corresponding MD&A.\nHandle ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders timely and accurately.\n Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.\nGather feedback from various stakeholders and business leaders towards continuous process improvements.\nComplete all special projects and other duties as assigned. \nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Masters in related field or CPA a plus.\n5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or similar field. FP&A specific experience a plus.\nExperience with executive/board level reporting to both internal and external stakeholders a plus.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nMS Office experience required, specifically, strong Excel skills.\nExperience with financial & BI tools, a plus (specifically NetSuite/Adaptive/Hyperion/Tableau).\nCognitive / Mental Requirements:\nProactive problem solving skills.\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:\n Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.\nNo adverse environmental conditions expected.\nBase compensation ranges from $86,000 to $105,000 per year.
