The successful candidate will be required to collaborate effectively with other developers, offshore development team members, business owners, project management, and other internal stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze and assess how automated systems can be implemented to solve complex business problems.\nAnalyze and resolve software and process related issues originated from internal or external customers.\nApplies the principles and practices of software quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle.\nDocuments the specifications, design, features and operation of applications prior to production roll out.\nEnsure documentation is current on all new and existing applications and processes.\nDemonstrates proficient working knowledge of the primary discipline and a developing knowledge of related disciplines.\nExplores new ideas and makes innovative contributions to existing processes or systems which improve efficiency and results.\nExecutes solutions development and data requirements.\nExecutes solutions enhancements to improve performance/availability.\nEnsure project deliverables are accomplished on time and within budget.\nCommunicates technical and operational issues to both engineering and business leadership in a timely manner.\nEnsure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems.\nEnsure project deliverables are accomplished on time and within budget.\nEnsure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing system.\nWork collaboratively with business partners to define and ensure the completeness and accuracy of system / technical requirements.\nReceive escalations from other team members, providing direction in the execution and monitoring of daily tasks, along with feedback, training and mentoring to all team members.\nWorks under general direction with some supervision. May independently determine and develop procedures and approaches to follow. Work is reviewed as it progresses, but more so upon completion of specific assignments.\nComplete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.\nComplete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Required.\nMust be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. \nQualifications\nBS degree in a STEM related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or technically related discipline.\nMinimum of 4-5 years of relevant industry experience.\n4-5 years’ of hands-on experience working in Linux based environments.\n4-5 years' experience with Java frameworks.\nThe role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to provide solutions to technical business problems.\nProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.\n4-5 years' experience deploying changes using automation tools (Jenkins, Octopus).\n4-5 years' experience with IT automation tools (Ansible) and/or experience with scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell).\n4-5 years' experience with databases and/or data processing pipelines.\nSkilled in Agile and SCRUM development methodologies, prior experience working with CI/CD pipelines.\nWorking knowledge of Oracle SQL.\nExperience with Docker or OpenShift containers preferred.\nExperience with JBoss preferred.\nHealthcare data experience is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nCommunicating with others to exchange information.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.\nNo adverse environmental conditions expected.\nMental Requirements:\nAnalytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in development and production environments.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between teams using strong emotional intelligence, active listening, and effective communication skills.\nAbility to meet tight deadlines through exceptional short- and long-term planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.\nMust be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.\nMust be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.\nNo adverse environmental conditions are expected.\nBase compensation ranges from $103,000 to $145,000 per year.
