In this role, you will bring design concepts to life in support of marketing campaigns, internal communications, and brand initiatives, while continuing to build expertise in branding, production processes, and user experience best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate and deliver engaging visual content for marketing and corporate communications, spanning digital channels (email, web graphics, social media, digital advertising) and print materials.\nSupport the execution of marketing campaigns from initial concept through final delivery, following established brand standards and direction.\nUse Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools to develop high-quality layouts, graphics, and visual content.\nApply and follow corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.\nCollaborate with marketing team members and internal partners to understand project objectives, timelines, and audience needs.\nIncorporate basic user experience principles into designs to support calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation efforts.\nWhat You Bring\n Portfolio required: 5-8 pieces showing multi-format campaign work.\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nWorking proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).\n1-4 years of professional design experience.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment independently and efficiently.\nAbout Cottingham & Butler:\nAt Cottingham & Butler, we sell a promise to help our clients through life’s toughest moments.
