Apply today!\nCompensation & Benefits of a Maintenance Technician\nCompetitive pay!\nFull health, vision, dental, life, and disability benefits - available within 1-30 days!\nGenerous 401k and HSA Company match!\nPaid time off - eligible for 3 weeks (120 hours) in 1st year!\n10.5 paid holidays!\nQualifications & Required Experience of a PropertyMaintenance Technician\nAbility to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.\nMust be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to walk and stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.\nFrequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and ability to navigate difficult terrain and access small areas.\nAbility to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends. \nAbility to work as an on-call technician and provide after-hours emergency service with the support of the Service Manager while following Company standards. \nPerform repairs that may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry work related to household, building, and property grounds repairs. \nEPA certification Type II or Universal is preferred.\nConsiderable HVAC troubleshooting experience required.\nCPO certification is a plus.\nValid Driver's License is required.\nAt Cottonwood Residential, we're committed to creating an exceptional customer experience through innovation and service.
