responsible for ensuring successful customer value realization and overall program success for Coupa customers, while leading and coordinating a team of Customer Value Managers and ensuring consistency in customer relationship management.\nLead customer value metrics workshops\nDevelop customer value roadmaps\nConduct scheduled customer check-ins\nDrive periodic value reviews\nPrepare for Renewals with Account Executives\nMonitor customer performance\nManage customer relationships\nEstablish role as trusted advisor\n“QB” Coupa internal resources as needed\nShare best practices ideas, product information, and relevant Coupa news\nSupport/drive customer marketing campaigns\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Value Managers, ensuring high performance, consistent expectations\nDeveloping and maintaining executive relationships and associated influencing strategies\nProgram management including managing disparate, cross-functional, cross-enterprise project teams\nAbility to have value-based conversation with business executives\nStrong organizational skills\nStrong communication skills including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience
