Develop and maintain fire load assessments to evaluate and minimize potential fire risks.\nEmergency Response & Crisis Management \nEmergency Response & Crisis Management Lead the development of fire emergency response plans and conduct regular fire drills. Train employees and emergency response teams on fire safety procedures, evacuation protocols, and fire extinguisher use. Act as a liaison with local emergency services to coordinate emergency response efforts effectively. Develop business continuity strategies related to fire incidents to minimize disruptions and ensure swift recovery.\nFire Safety Training & Awareness\nFire Safety Training & Awareness Design and deliver fire safety training programs for employees, contractors, and facility teams. Ensure all personnel are equipped with knowledge of fire prevention and practices and emergency response protocols. Foster a strong fire safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives.\nData Management & Reporting\nData Management & Reporting Maintain comprehensive records of fire incidents, safety inspections, and compliance reports. Analyze fire safety data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
