This role partners closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep HR expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and data-driven environment.\nWhat You Will Do \nStrategic Business Partnership\nPartner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals.\nProvide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, talent management, and organizational design.\nAct as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.\nUtilize workforce analytics and HR data to provide insights and recommendations that drive business performance.\nTalent Management\nSupport talent planning, performance management, and employee development processes.\nPartner with Recruiting teams to identify critical talent needs and drive hiring strategies.\nFacilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions.\nIdentify high-potential talent and support leadership development initiatives.\nEmployee Relations & Engagement\nServe as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters.\nConduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee concerns, workplace issues, and policy interpretation.\nDrive employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.\nSupport change management efforts during organizational growth and transformation.\nPerformance & Organizational Effectiveness\nGuide managers through performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, development planning, and performance improvement.\nPartner with leaders on organizational structure, team effectiveness, and productivity initiatives.\nSupport workforce optimization and organizational change projects.\nCompensation & Rewards\nCollaborate with Total Rewards teams on compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and annual reward processes.\nProvide guidance on pay decisions, promotions, retention strategies, and recognition programs.\nCompliance & HR Operations\nEnsure compliance with Taiwan labor laws and employment regulations.\nPartner with legal and compliance teams on employment-related matters.\nSupport policy development, implementation, and communication.\nPromote consistent application of HR policies and procedures.\nDiversity, Equity & Inclusion\nChampion an inclusive workplace culture.\nPartner with leadership to develop and implement DE&I initiatives that foster belonging and employee engagement.\nBasic Qualifications \nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.\n15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.\nStrong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and employment practices.\nExperience supporting fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented organizations.\nProven experience managing employee relations and organizational change initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nAbility to analyze data and translate insights into business recommendations.\nFluency in Mandarin Chinese and business-level English.\nRecruitment Process and Others \nRecruitment Process \nApplication Review -
